Trilliant Health has announced a strategic collaboration with Duke Health to enhance data-driven decision-making across the healthcare system’s expanding community services.
The partnership will see Trilliant Health deploying its advanced analytics platform to guide Duke Health’s strategies in growth planning, network design, and patient access.
The initiative reflects a mutual commitment to aligning strategic investments with patient behaviours and preferences, as well as improving access to care.
Duke Health chief strategy officer Morgan Jones said: “Our ability to plan effectively for strategic growth is dependent upon understanding the communities we serve.
“Applying predictive analytics allows us to understand real patterns of care, behaviour and community need.”
The collaboration will leverage Trilliant Health’s comprehensive suite of analytics tools. These include predictive analytics for facility and service planning tailored to local demand, psychographic segmentation to understand community engagement preferences, and network integrity analysis to enhance referral retention within Duke Health’s ecosystem.
The partnership aims to identify underserved areas and improve service delivery, thereby strengthening consumer outreach and marketing to forge meaningful connections with patients.
Furthermore, the collaboration seeks to boost access to healthcare, optimise capital deployment, and enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Trilliant Health president and CEO Hal Andrews said: “By integrating data science and behavioural insight into strategic planning, health systems can better position themselves to meet the evolving expectations of healthcare consumers.”
