South Lake Pediatrics, a paediatrics practice in Minnesota, has integrated Sunoh.ai into its clinical documentation process through eClinicalWorks’ cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) system.
Sunoh.ai is an AI-driven medical scribe that effectively converts conversations between healthcare providers and patients into clinical documentation.
The tool accurately records visit details and integrates them into the EHR system, optimising patient information management with AI and voice recognition technology.
Its adoption saves over one hour daily in documentation time, allowing healthcare providers to prioritise patient interactions and improve care quality.
eClinicalWorks CEO and co-founder Girish Navani said: “We are excited to collaborate with South Lake Pediatrics as they utilize Sunoh.ai to elevate their clinical documentation practices.
“This partnership streamlines processes, reduces providers’ burden, and also exemplifies our dedication to advancing healthcare delivery and patient outcomes through the strategic application of innovative AI-powered solutions.
“We look forward to witnessing the positive changes this will bring to both providers and patients.”
eClinicalWorks, supporting over 180,000 providers nationwide, is integrating AI solutions like Sunoh.ai to improve operational efficiency.
South Lake Pediatrics, which caters to over 31,000 patients annually, can save time with the integration of Sunoh.ai.
Also, the adoption clears the path for further technologies such as Healow CHECK-IN and PRISMA AI, strengthening its commitment to superior patient care.
South Lake Paediatrics EMR Analyst Alyssa Pearson said: “Sunoh.ai has significantly reduced the time our providers spend on documentation, allowing for more quality time with patients.
“It’s helped lessen the need to chart during their lunch hour or stay late finishing notes. With Sunoh.ai, providers can spend more time focusing on what truly matters, patient care.
“Several have reported saving over an hour daily on documentation, a testament to Sunoh.ai’s efficiency. The integration with eClinicalWorks was seamless, and it’s exciting to see the positive impact on our workflow and patient experience.”
Earlier this year, Main Street Medical in South Carolina also adopted Sunoh.ai and eClinicalWorks’ EHR system to improve patient care.
Located on Hilton Head Island, Main Street Medical serves over 1,000 patients with a focus on primary care and a smaller portion dedicated to urgent care.
With four providers, the 18-year-old practice focuses on delivering comprehensive and personalised medical care.
