US-based healthcare-focused investment firm RevSpring and healthcare data and analytics company Trella Health have teamed up to enhance post-acute care through integrated patient engagement and payment solutions.

The partnership will allow Trella Health customers to access RevSpring’s Engage IQ platform, which provides a seamless patient experience from pre-care to payment.

It will help healthcare providers optimise patient journeys and predict financial outcomes.

RevSpring specialises in healthcare engagement and payment solutions, and Trella Health offers market intelligence and CRM solutions.

The collaboration brings together Trella’s market insights and CRM capabilities with RevSpring’s patient engagement and payment solutions.

The integration supports post-acute care providers in delivering exceptional care and encouraging patient participation in their healthcare.

Trella Health PAC Provider Growth general manager Jess Chew said: “At Trella Health, we’re committed to helping post-acute care and HME/DME organisations grow strategically and operate more efficiently.

“By partnering with RevSpring, we’re extending that commitment, giving our customers access to proven engagement and payment tools that complement our CRM and market intelligence solutions.

“Together, we’re helping providers streamline operations, improve the patient experience, and ultimately drive better outcomes for their business and the communities they serve.”

Trella Health’s CRM and market intelligence tools empower post-acute providers, HME, and Infusion organisations to identify high-potential referral targets and explore new markets.

Its solutions enable these organisations to monitor performance metrics and manage referral relationships effectively, enhancing sales and marketing strategies.

RevSpring’s Engage IQ platform, part of its comprehensive patient engagement suite, facilitates coordinated patient interactions from pre-care to post-care.

The platform focuses on patient understanding, data accuracy, and financial outcomes, backed by intelligence, analytics, and user experience best practices.

RevSpring President Nicole Rogas said: “Together, Trella Health and RevSpring help providers deliver personalised, data-driven patient experiences that streamline engagement, simplify billing, and improve health and financial outcomes.

“We share a proven commitment to empowering post-acute care organisations in achieving sustainable growth and operational efficiencies while offering high-quality, personalised patient engagement. RevSpring is delighted to partner with Trella Health.”

Earlier this year, Trella Health partnered with Careficient, an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) provider for home health and hospice agencies, to advance post-acute care.
