Imperial Valley Healthcare District is said to be the only health system in Imperial Valley and San Diego with ISO 9001 certification and aims to maintain high standards of patient health and safety.
Its collaboration with Notable will address the healthcare provider’s common frustrations associated with doctor visits, such as long wait times and manual paperwork.
By integrating Notable’s AI platform, Imperial Valley Healthcare District will automate pre-visit registration, appointment reminders, and clinical intake forms.
The automation reduces administrative burdens, allowing staff to focus on personalised patient care and complex inquiries, delivering a smoother and efficient appointment process.

It enhances workforce productivity, reduces operational costs, and improves the patient experience by minimising administrative fragmentation.
