Canada-based digital-first pharmacy platform Mednow and private home healthcare services provider Integracare have teamed up to enhance home healthcare for ageing senior citizens.
lntegracare provides a wide range of private nursing care and personal support services for individuals in their homes, hospitals, retirement residences and long-term care facilities.
The company has more than three decades of experience in delivering premium home care services, ranging from dementia and palliative care to physiotherapy and wound care.
Its partnership with Mednow is said to combine high-quality in-home care with advanced digital pharmacy services.
Together, Mednow and Integracare will support ageing seniors at home, helping them maintain independence, manage complex medical needs, and enjoy a better quality of life.

According to Integracare, the demand for personalised home healthcare continues to increase with Canada’s ageing population.
Under the partnership, Mednow and Integracare will combine their expertise to provide caregivers and clients with advanced solutions for medication management and home care.
Integracare clients will benefit from Mednow’s digital pharmacy platform which provides personalised reminders and refill management to ensure adherence with prescriptions.
The platform will ensure consultation with certified pharmacists to identify potential drug interactions and customised treatments for better outcomes.
It also enables easy integration of home-based doctor visits and healthcare services, including prescription renewals, injections, and general consultations.
Also, the platform will allow rapid, reliable, and convenient delivery of medications and healthcare products directly to clients’ homes.
