Infinx, a US-based AI-powered revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions company, has acquired the healthcare RCM business of i3 Verticals.
The acquisition, valued at $96m and subject to adjustments, also includes the company’s proprietary technology associated with the RCM business.
i3 Verticals delivers enterprise software to strategic vertical markets, providing solutions for public and private organisations, including the public sector and K-12 education.
The acquisition will provide Infinx with an experienced team and a well-established customer base to deliver comprehensive, AI-driven financial lifecycle solutions to healthcare providers.
The integration aims to optimise revenue, reduce administrative burdens, and improve patient outcomes through scalable technology and expert services.
i3 Verticals chairman and CEO Greg Daily said: “We found a great partner, and our healthcare management team will be well-positioned to accomplish great things with Infinx.

Established in 2012, Infinx offers scalable, AI-driven solutions to optimise healthcare providers’ financial lifecycles across the US, India, and the Philippines.
Infinx’s long-term strategy focuses on integrating technology across all revenue cycle stages, from patient access to accounts receivable optimisation.
The acquisition enhances its presence in the healthcare RCM sector and expands its reach into new segments, such as academic medical centres and large provider groups.
Raymond James & Associates served as financial advisors, and Bass, Berry & Sims as legal advisors to i3 Verticals, while Stinson served as legal advisor to Infinx, on this transaction.
