eClinicalWorks is a US-based healthcare IT company providing electronic health records (EHR).
The AI-powered solutions aim to simplify operations, reduce staff burnout and improve patient-provider interactions.
They support HealthWorks for Northern Virginia’s goal of providing high-quality healthcare to the Spanish-speaking community in Northern Virginia.
Sunoh.ai easily integrates with the eClinicalWorks EHR, which allows providers to document patient interactions efficiently and complete their tasks promptly.
The integration led to significant improvements in clinical efficiency and supports the practice’s goal of delivering personalised and exceptional care to its community.

Building on positive results from the AI-powered medical scribe, HealthWorks for Northern Virginia has adopted additional AI products, including the healow Chatbot.
The virtual assistant, equipped with the EHR, covers routine patient needs, such as booking appointments and answering common queries, allowing the practice to operate 24/7.
With the implementation of the healow Chatbot, the practice experienced a significant reduction in call volume for routine questions, enhancing the overall patient experience.
