Exalt Health, a provider of rehabilitation services, has chosen WellSky, a health and community care technology and services firm, as its strategic partner to support its expansion across the US.
Exalt Health, based in Garland, Texas, has implemented WellSky’s Specialty Care electronic health record (EHR) solution at its Scottsdale, Arizona facility, and plans to integrate the platform into three new facilities in Texas, Arizona, and Florida. The company plans to open five additional facilities by the end of 2026.
The collaboration marks a significant development for both Exalt Health and WellSky. Exalt Health is focused on using advanced technology to streamline workflows and improve care quality for a growing patient base.
Exalt Health CFO Chad Deardoff said: “With WellSky, we don’t have to go outside of the system to drive efficiency.
“The consolidation of financial, clinical, and operational management all in one platform, as well as having everything connected for easy reporting, makes everything so much more efficient.”
Leveraging WellSky’s EHR technology, Exalt Health aims to support its mission of helping patients regain independence through superior care.
The WellSky Specialty Care platform is tailored to the needs of post-acute care providers, automating complex clinical, financial, and operational processes. This allows healthcare providers to concentrate more on patient care rather than administrative tasks, facilitating streamlined operations and better patient outcomes.
WellSky chairman and CEO Bill Miller said: “We are thrilled to partner with Exalt Health and support their impressive growth trajectory with our EHR built specifically for inpatient rehabilitation.
“Their commitment to patient care aligns with our mission of enhancing healthcare through innovative technology. We look forward to empowering Exalt Health as they expand their reach and make a positive impact on the patients they serve.”
