Claritev, a technology and data insights company, has announced a strategic partnership with Lantern to enhance surgical cost transparency and optimise healthcare costs.
The collaboration combines Claritev’s BenInsights and HST Connect solutions with Lantern’s Network of Excellence and TrueRate savings methodology.
It aims to reduce costs across the healthcare ecosystem, benefiting employers and patients.
The partnership builds on previous joint research between Claritev and Lantern to enhance value through data-driven surgical cost analysis and healthcare cost optimisation.
By integrating Claritev’s data capabilities with Lantern’s surgical bundling methodology, the collaboration aims to deliver validated cost optimisation opportunities
Also, it provides significant benefits to employers and improves healthcare services.

The partnership will use Claritev’s BenInsights platform, which unifies financial and clinical data, to offer enhanced data analytics and a complete view of healthcare spending patterns.
With access to Lantern’s surgical network, the platform will offer clients superior visibility into surgical cost variations, enabling optimised care pathways and substantial savings.
Claritev’s HST Connect will integrate Lantern’s surgical network and services to optimise patient steering.
The integration aims to guide patients to high-quality, cost-effective providers, enhancing patient experience and improving overall care.
