US-based virtual care provider Circadian Health has entered a strategic partnership with medical equipment manufacturer Tenovi to enhance its hospital-at-home model.

Under the collaboration, Circadian will integrate Tenovi’s advanced remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions to meet the growing demand for real-time remote patient care.

Tenovi’s healthcare IoT platform and Cellular Gateway simplify connectivity for a variety of cellular and Bluetooth-enabled RPM and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) devices.

The devices automatically transmit patient data to the Tenovi Cloud without needing syncing or apps, enabling even patients facing housing instability to participate in remote monitoring programs.

Circadian plans to roll out its RPM programme with devices such as blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, weight scales, and pulse oximeters.

Its virtual speciality care platform will integrate the data collected to provide specialists with real-time, actionable insights to enhance patient care and reduce costly hospital admissions.

Circadian Health co-founder and president Chuck Hector said: “Circadian is committed to revolutionising chronic care by integrating cutting-edge remote monitoring technology into our virtual-first speciality care model.

“Our partnership with Tenovi ensures that patients receive real-time, data-driven care, reducing emergency visits and improving long-term outcomes.

“With seamless data transmission and AI-driven risk stratification, we are taking a proactive approach to cardiometabolic care, making high-quality speciality care more accessible, efficient, and impactful.”

Tenovi’s remote monitoring solutions enhance access to preventive care for all patient populations by facilitating easy and reliable monitoring.

Its Cellular Gateway solution supports a wide range of devices and strengthens adherence with visual reminders, which keep patients engaged and connected to their healthcare team.

Circadian and Tenovi are transforming speciality care by facilitating easy, real-time data transmission.

The collaboration enables payers and employers to scale remote monitoring, drive earlier interventions, and improve patient outcomes.

Tenovi chief growth officer Iftah Mashav said: “Through our partnership with Circadian, we help patients with chronic conditions like diabetes, heart failure, and COPD access timely speciality care, avoiding the long wait times that are a major contributor to costly hospital admissions.

“By integrating Circadian’s virtual care network with our cellular-connected devices and IoT Healthcare platform, we are empowering patients, health plans, and employers to reduce overall healthcare costs while enhancing health outcomes.”

Recently, GenieMD integrated Tenovi’s FDA-approved RPM and RTM devices with its virtual care platform, to deliver a connected healthcare experience.
