CareConnect has launched CareConnect Engage, an advanced platform designed to transform caregiver recruitment, engagement, and retention.

Developed in collaboration with MissionCare Collective, the platform addresses workforce challenges through a comprehensive solution.

MissionCare Collective, the parent company of myCNAjobs and CoachUp Care, focuses on addressing systemic workforce challenges through technology and deep partnerships.

The CareConnect Engage platform leverages AI technology to enhance recruitment and scheduling, offering a holistic approach to workforce management.

It is designed to impact four key workforce metrics: increasing 90-day employee retention, boosting caregiver referrals, and reducing recruitment costs.

Also, the platform improves employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and unlocks untapped workforce capacity to enhance utilisation and revenue.

CareConnect CEO Matt McGinty said: “CareConnect Engage isn’t just about rewards or managing turnover…it’s about changing the game.

“By integrating deeply with CoachUp Care, we’re moving beyond reactive incentives.

“We’re giving providers the ability to drive real behavioural change and long-term loyalty, with personalised engagement strategies that scale.”

Unlike traditional reward schemes, the CareConnect Engage platform focuses on fostering purpose, connection, and culture within teams.

The platform integrates CareConnect’s AI-driven recruitment and scheduling engine with CoachUp Care’s engagement tools.

The combination enables care providers to personalise engagement and recognition for caregivers using real-time performance, availability, and behavioural data.

The platform streamlines vendor management for agencies by consolidating recruitment, hiring, scheduling, engagement, and retention into a single platform.

Its key features include a virtual community, employee rewards, celebrations, recruitment, surveys, employee hub, training, enterprise infrastructure, and reporting and insights.

CareConnect is currently offering the platform for preview, with plans for general launch in August 2025.

MissionCare Collective CEO Brandi Kurtyka said: “CoachUp Care has always focused on activating and retaining the heart of care…its people.

“Now, through this partnership, we extend a more fully integrated solution for providers to intervene earlier, connect smarter, and deliver the kind of workforce experience that keeps caregivers showing up, and staying. And we’re doing it without adding more vendors or more complexity.”

Earlier this year, CareConnect partnered with occupational health solutions provider Mobile Health to transform compliance and workforce management in the home care industry.

The collaboration will integrate CareConnect’s advanced Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Compliance, and Shift Matching technology with Mobile Health’s health services.

Both companies will launch a comprehensive compliance platform to improve caregiver recruitment, retention, and operational efficiency for home care providers nationwide.
