CardioOne, a partner for independent cardiology practices, has completed the acquisition of CardioDiagnostics, a company specialising in cardiac monitoring technology.

The acquisition is a strategic move by CardioOne to enhance its offerings with the latest technology, supporting cardiologists in growing their practices.

CardioDiagnostics provides solutions in electrocardiogram (ECG) and remote patient monitoring (RPM), utilising analytics and diagnostics to offer healthcare providers real-time insights.

The tools are designed to aid in early detection and improve patient care in cardiovascular health. By incorporating CardioDiagnostics’ capabilities into its platform, CardioOne aims to deliver a comprehensive solution for its practice partners.

CardioDiagnostics founder and CEO Ziad Sankari said: “For me, this journey is deeply personal. After losing my father to a heart condition, I dedicated myself to improving cardiac care.

“Over time, our vision expanded beyond monitoring solutions to encompass a broader mission: transforming cardiology through innovation and enhanced practice support. Partnering with CardioOne is a natural step in achieving that goal.”

The acquisition is pivotal in CardioOne’s efforts to build a leading virtual care platform within its integrated management technology.

The expansion integrates care management, remote monitoring, and additional solutions, embedding them for the benefit of current and future partners.

Customers of CardioDiagnostics will continue to receive uninterrupted service, with the added advantage of enhanced capabilities and ongoing investment in service quality.

CardioOne co-founder and CEO Jasen Gundersen said: “This acquisition is more than a business transaction – it’s a partnership built on shared values and a commitment to the future of cardiology.

“Together, we will provide cardiologists with the technology, resources, and operational support necessary to enhance patient care and grow their practices.”

The merged entity will focus on fostering innovation, enhancing practice management, and equipping cardiologists with the necessary tools to deliver top-tier care.
