Greenway Clinical Assist integrates Nabla's ambient AI assistant with Greenway's Prime Suite and Intergy EHR.

Greenway Health has formed a strategic partnership with Nabla, an AI assistant and ambient clinical documentation technology company, to launch a new clinical documentation tool.

This new AI-powered solution, known as Greenway Clinical Assist, integrates Nabla’s ambient AI assistant with Greenway’s Prime Suite, as well as its Intergy electronic health record (EHR) solutions.

This integrated solution is expected to save up to two hours per day for each healthcare provider.

It will also help in alleviating healthcare providers’ burnout and enhance patient-provider relationships.

Greenway Clinical Assist utilises advanced AI technology to convert speech directly into clinical notes within a provider’s EHR.

The technology employs a mix of proprietary and large language models (LLM) to transcribe physician-patient encounters and immediately generate structured clinical notes in just ten seconds, positioning Greenway Clinical Assist as the fastest AI-powered clinical documentation solution.

Besides, the AI tool offers extensive customisation options, enabling healthcare providers to personalise clinical notes to their respective preferences and practice styles.

Providers can also adjust the structure, content order, narration, and length of the clinical note through the AI’s adaptable features.

Nabla CEO Alex LeBrun said: “Greenway Health and Nabla share the same commitment to end provider burnout.

“With Nabla powering Greenway Clinical Assist, we’ll be bringing speed, accuracy and customisation to the tedious task of clinical documentation and helping practitioners focus on what they do best: patient care.”

A specialist provider of ambient AI assistant solutions, Nabla focuses on reducing practitioner stress and enhancing patient care. Its AI-generated clinical notes are produced in seconds, and applicable across all specialties.

The company’s system is powered by proprietary LLMs specifically designed for the medical field, and it also offers AI-enabled medical coding identification and seamless EHR integrations.

Greenway Health CEO Pratap Sarker said: “With the power of generative AI technology, we can lessen burdens on our clinicians and help streamline their day, improve their relationships with their patients, and, ultimately, create better patient outcomes.

“Together, we can advance the healthcare technology landscape to create a healthier, more efficient tomorrow.”
